Professor Thomas is an Associate Professor of Marketing and the Frank and Susan Dunlevy Faculty Fellow at the Cox School of Business at SMU in Dallas, TX. She earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and master's and doctoral degrees in marketing, all from Northwestern University, and previously held faculty positions at Stanford, Emory, and Northwestern Universities.
